Bible as Historical Record

The Bible is a forensic archive of historical field reports documenting the development and survival of human social technology.

The Technical Reality: How it Works

Materialist Christianity rejects the reduction of Scripture to "Myth" or "Fable." We treat the Bible as a record of Material Facts. The "Supernatural" is often a placeholder for a mechanism that was not yet technically measured by the observers, but the Physical Consequences are what matter to the forensic auditor.

In a 15-man fabrication shop, you don't use a "Story" to repair a machine; you use a service manual. The Bible is the service manual for Human Synchronization. It documents exactly what happens when tribes over-extract their neighbors (Sodom) and what happens when they achieve total metabolic coordination (Acts). We value the record for its Structural Consistency across thousands of years of human survival.

Scriptural Grounding

Luke 1:1-4. Luke explicitly states his intent is to provide an "orderly account" based on "eyewitnesses." He is performing a Forensic Audit of recent social history. He is not writing a myth; he is filing a technical report for a "Most Excellent" recipient.

The Purity of the Record

Because the record is a technical diagnostic tool, the type of translation matters immensely. Modern corporate translations often use "dynamic equivalence" to smooth over the raw, socio-economic friction of the ancient texts in order to make them more marketable.

To conduct a true forensic audit, we rely on pre-capitalist translations like the KJV. Because it was translated with strict formal equivalence prior to the advent of late-stage capitalism, it preserves the concrete language of structural friction, debt extraction, and imperial resistance, rather than pacifying it into abstract spiritual metaphors.
