Because the record is a technical diagnostic tool, the type of translation matters immensely. Modern corporate translations often use "dynamic equivalence" to smooth over the raw, socio-economic friction of the ancient texts in order to make them more marketable.

To conduct a true forensic audit, we rely on pre-capitalist translations like the KJV.
