In the real world, this is represented by the Jubilee Cycle and the Tithes of the Church—mechanisms designed to prevent the extraction of moral labor by an outside "Vampire."

Reinvestment is not an act of "charity"; it is a structural requirement for stability:

3. Replenishment: The structure invest its trust capital (mutual aid, resource sharing, communal defense) into the "Drought" sites.
4. Fruits: The material consequence of the loop—increased stability, a more durable "Hedge," and the prevention of Gmorknic Extraction.

The Loop vs. The Sucking

• Can the loop survive the destruction of the substrate (The Brush Arbor)?

• Hammer: The structural discipline (rituals/laws) that enforces the reinvestment.

• Heart: The trust field (resonance) generated by the shared security.
