Social Synchronization: The 15-man Shop

A node in the materialist record.

Social Synchronization: The 15-man Shop

Social Synchronization is the technical acts of neighborhood coordination. It is not an idealistic "Engine"; it is the material reality of how a 15-man shop or a local street works together to survive without a global contractor.

Reclaiming the Local Gear

Synchronization is the materialist alternative to the "Ghost-Management" of the globalists.

  1. Direct Communication: In a 15-man shop, the information is direct. You have neighborhood trust, not an "Interface." You synchronize because the roof won't go up unless everyone is moving together.
  2. The Extraction of Friction: Globalist monopolies want to add "Rules and Policies" that slow you down. They add Friction to extract your time. Synchronization is the removal of that friction in favor of Real Work.
  3. Local Assets: Synchronization identifies who has the truck, who has the welder, and who has the surplus food. It is the material foundation of moral communism.

Summary

The Synchronization Diagnostic identifies that we are the engine. To be a Materialist Christian is to stop waiting for a globalist "Protocol" and start coordinating with your neighbors by name.
