What You Carry

A node in the materialist record.

What You Carry

In a 15-man shop, everyone knows who's carrying the weight. If a truck needs to be loaded by 5 PM, and three guys are slacking, the other twelve feel the Pressure. This isn't just about physical physics; it's the Moral Weight of the work.

The Productive Burden

If you work for a living, you are constantly carrying something for someone else. You carry the safety of the driver who takes your gear; you carry the trust of the customer who uses your tool; you carry the livelihood of the small business owner who has to make payroll. This is Productive Labor. It is the "Real Work" that reproduces social life.

The Vampiric Detachment

The Extractors (finance, monopoly managers, globalists) don't carry anything. They have "Equivalent Price" instead. If a project fails, they just move their money to another one. They don't feel the weight of the delay or the cost of the mistake. They are detached from the Flesh of the work.

  • Mammon's Way: You carry nothing but your own "Worth." Everything has an equivalent price.
  • God's Way: You carry your brother's burden (Galatians 6:2). The work is yours, and there is no price for it.

The Real Split in the Shop

The "Everyone Else" are the ones who manage the work without ever touching the weight. They are the paper-shufflers and the "vampires" who skim the value off your back without ever feeling the pressure of the deadline or the fear of a broken tool.

Summary

"What You Carry" is the proof of your material reality. If you feel the pressure of the work on your back, you are in the Working Class. If you are serving the Rival Master, you are the one adding more weight to others' backs while carrying none yourself.
